Just because NA players aren't in NA lobby doesn't mean they are not on. Check rooms on both EU adn Japan. If it is a NA host they sometimes will put it in description. If red ping is due to your internet connection and not the the location of the host, then you may get kicked from NA hosted rooms as well.

The lobbies might as well just be merged at this point. We only need two, one for JP and one for everyone else.
