In the meantime, you can use Cloudflare's DNS, which seems to have updated already:

You shouldn't need to use that DNS anymore, just ignore it.

It means... the game couldn't install from disc. So clean your disc up and try again. If it doesn't work, then install the MGO2 Disc.pkg.
