There are some email services that block our emails for whatever reason.
If you use a service on this list, you'll need to make a post here to have us activate your account, or preferably, use another service.
For other services like Outlook/Hotmail, check your Junk/Spam folder.
For Outlook/Hotmail, you can mark a message in the Junk folder as "Not spam". After that, you should be receiving our emails in your inbox.
You can also add firstname.lastname@example.org to your Contact List/Address Book.
