Need your help to keep MGO3 Alive!

Hello,
First of all great job in keeping MGO2 alive!
I am a fan of MGO3 and me and my friends we are facing the issue that we have to fight against cheaters everytime.
We can kick them out only during briefing. However they join after the briefing and leave at the end of the match so they are untouched. Konami won't do anything for this so we are alone fighting against them.
I am looking for a modder/developer who can mod the game files and activate some mid-game kick for these guys.

I just don't see the MGO3 having that much longevity like the first two no matter what anyone does, sadly. I hope I'm wrong.
