No, the mgs4 patch that brought trophies also deleted MGO from the game, can only have one or the other I believe

If you want trophies, you can instead use another region for MGO or MGS4. If you have NA MGS4, I'd look into getting another region MGS4 for playing MGO, since you can use the spectator camera.
