10mbps,still red ping, anyone can assist how to get better setting?pls.i dont wanna be kicked
Where do you live, and where are the people you're playing with?
Your upload rate doesn't affect your ping at all. You could have 100000000 Mbps, but if your ping is bad, you're still going to have issues.

You have to remember its not just your network at play here. You may have a red ping due to someone else's connection. Its the same on MGO3, you may not have any ping but it will plays like you have 4 bars.
Most i can say is someone in your lobby has a very, very bad connection.

Also things like this tend to happen when playing with people over seas, or in other words another country, try gaming with people in your Home Country. If it keeps up test your connection on something else then call your provider.

If you're playing from South Africa you're going to want to try to connect to some players closer to your region. Unfortunately, red ping during international play cannot be helped most of the time. You could try lowering your upload speed in the MGO in-game settings, though.

I'm astounded the new administration team cannot take the time to answer a question as simple as this.
I've resigned. I am no longer involved with SaveMGO.
