Present downtime

1. Servers are down because host (raptornode) sucks. Its not down for any other reason. I'll get a new host on cybermonday when things are cheap.

2. Forums are essentially closed because frankly as a community you guys are terrible. Too much bitching going on so consider this a timeout period. They are not closed forever but just for a short time.
