Lost all my characters HELP!!!

I just logged into my account this morning and all of my 3 characters have been deleted, I haven't changed anything at all.

Can someone please help me?

Sorry, I fucked up clearing unused characters, I'm most likely going to have to clear all characters now...

Instead of doing that, I just cleared all character information (appearance, skills, presets), and gave everyone Droogie's appearance.
If you want a different gender, face, voice then delete and remake.

Either erase and recreate, or if you want to keep some stuff around like options, clan stuff, then you can change the gender, face, voice now.

Run into some troubles now.
may character has Face D and so it shows in the character select screen and in the appearance too. But as soon as i join any room, it gets resetted to the default one. But then again in the manager it keeps showing me that it has Face D...
