PCSX2 MGS2 Subsistence Disk 2? USA

My friend bought me the MGS2 Subsistence US Version when i was in philly last year. But i dont understand what im doing wrong, i applied the US Bios Version 2.30 but it still does not recognize the network configuration from the Ready to go Pack?

The game is SLUS-21243 NSTC-U/C?

Anything i might have missed? :(
