Any game that comes close to MGO2?

Is there any third person multiplayer shooter that games in some how close to MGO2/MGS4?
And, dont dare to say MGO3 because everyone knows that MGO3 is a shit compared to MGO2.

I feel that Uncharted comes close to mgo, you can play cod in the third person mode i believe but still it feels weird

Vegas 2 was sort if in the same vein although it was more slow moving and corner camping than mgos twitch reaction shooting

then again..ANYTHING might be better/more fun than mgo3
