Still I don't know what vthe argument is those who have to be low upload will be. As Jao said there are people who will fake their speedtests but that's a different matter all together

Lightning, consider upgrading your current plan with your ISP for the sake of your experience on the web. I'm not sure how you can even manage loading this site without throwing a tantrum. What are you paying for this plan anyhow?

I know Lighting's pain. I also live in a rural part of my shitty country. The best internet I can get is slower than 40% of the country.

There's about 425 people registered to play 1.34. So if say 200 of those people limit their upload when it's not necessary, I highly doubt there's going to be all 200 of those people desperate enough to be able to 96 that they're going to be requesting exceptions be made for them. I'm sure most people only do it because the "everyone else does it," or the "everyone else lags" mentalities. So as long as this wont affect those who need to use less than 512 (as I've said, it wont), this will only prove to better the overall experience.

you know that im saying this because people can fake their download upload right ?
and btw what people endure while getting killed behind walls delay n stuff its both sides dosent affect 512 just 10 times worst when you are not 512 only would be stupid to believe either way
i experienced it when i wasent home and it was horrible, i really get both sides.
would be easy to say im 512 so its good! i dont care about others
