Is the server down? cant seem to log in atm

Something seems to be wrong with the server .. HELP!

I can't get into the game help!
everything was fine moments ago and suddenly I got errors in-game until it kicked me out to the very first main menu(where you press start to start the game) I restarted the game and I keep getting this error "Failed to connect, Are your network setting good? Failed to receive http response... (0x80710013) press X to continue"
Please note I didn't change anything at all including my router settings and I can't get into savemgo.com on PS3 either.

the server is down atm it's been 5 days like this from 9 am to 1 pm server went down I hope you can fix ghz...
