Try putting your PS3 in DMZ or port-forwarding for it. Or maybe you're blocked.

Anyone can host TSNE, you don't need to try to sneak into the JP rooms.

I was online this morning when the server went down and I mentioned the server status in a chat with Ghz, but me and the other members got to talking and it must have got buried. I've just now left him a PM on Skype. I'll have him post here when he restarts the server.
